If you’ve gone through the experience of getting a DUI, you know it is something you don’t want to repeat again, regardless of how it all panned out. It is a hassle, we know, even if you go about it with an experienced Cincinnati DUI lawyer.
We don’t want you to have to repeat this process a few years down the road. Know your limits.
One drink equals:
- 12 ounces of domestic beer
- 1 ounce of 100 proof liquor
- 4 ounces of table wine
But how often do you measure how much alcohol you’re consuming down to the ounce? How does a bar measure? It is very, very hard to truly know how much alcohol you’ve consumed.
Knowing whether or not you should drive shouldn’t just be dependent on how many “drinks” you have, though. However, your BAC is calculated based on how much you weigh, how much alcohol you consumed, and the total time over which you consumed the alcohol.
Be Safe, Not Sorry
