Know that in Ohio, we can challenge the calibration of breath testing machines, but we cannot challenge the science behind the breath-testing machine. This means that if you take the breath test after you’ve been pulled over, it is very difficult to contest the results.
Therefore, if you are at or below the legal limit, you should blow into the machine.
If you don’t know whether or not you are at the legal limit or not, you should refuse to take the test or call us 24/7.
